Half Pallet of Fine Nicaraguan Cacao
Our cacao has been purchased at more than fair prices at the origin where we work with farmers and communities on fermentation processes, ensuring a perfect flavor in the cacao. The fermentation facility is centralized and the process is completed in 1-meter cubed wooden boxes. The drying process is on raised beds in the sun. The flavor profile is caramel and nutty with a very chocolate-forward taste left on the pallet. The cacao is excellent for bars, inclusions, and nibs.
