Two pounds of our finest organic, whole-bean cacao direct from Nicaraguan farmers. This cacao is ceremonial grade and prepared to be used in chocolate recipes such as drinks or bars; it can also just be enjoyed on its own. The cacao beans come wrapped in a burlap sack with the details of the farm and fermentation. All proceeds go to the direct trade efforts of Lacuna Cacao, which have been helping farmers in Nicaragua for more than 10 years.
